Amir brings over 15 years’ experience in large companies across a range of industries in Australia and abroad. He works closely with our suppliers and contractors overseeing the installation from start to finish, and he’s actively involved in the ongoing design and manufacturing processes. And whether the project is large or small, he manages the demands and expectations of our customers, contractors and suppliers alike — with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Gal delivers global multi-million-dollar projects, on time and on budget, to the complete satisfaction of clients, His strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to realising complex projects to the highest standards. This is coupled with more than 23 years’ experience in project management, delivering civil and technology projects across production, service, QA, procurement, logistics, operations and team management. He is customer-focused and driven to deliver outstanding results.

Simon’s 30 years in high rises and custom fabrication have encompassed everything from labour to machine operation, estimating, supervising, project management — developing an holistic understanding of the business. His considerable skills include planning and managing projects for the safest, most efficient results; and his contributions to the team include architectural features and public art. His dedicated attitude and meticulous approach make him the perfect fit for large construction projects and complex customised builds.

After over 20 years in design and Wayfinding, Roy has amassed strong project management skills and plenty of experience managing large-scale clients in both the government and private sectors. He now manages a team of designers and art directors, meeting clients’ briefs and enhancing user experience through design and emerging technologies. He specialises in creating Wayfinding and Signage strategies, blended with emerging technologies to enrich human interaction.

Claire came to us with a background in industrial and graphic design, project management and studio management. Her diverse experience affords her a holistic understanding of all the fields of expertise within our portfolio, enabling her to contribute at every level. Her keen ability to think spatially underpins her particular strengths in site analysis and Wayfinding, with a strong focus on branding, while her excellent project management skills enable her to see projects through from imagination to implementation.

As our China-based project director, Alex’s role encompasses all Public Art, bespoke Architectural Features and Signage requirements for the country — for both local and international clients. His relationships with normally out-of-reach resources brings a new and varied approach to the team, and he’s managed some of the most significant global Public Art projects ever delivered, including several for our team. He also recently delivered a large Lighting feature in Sydney’s CBD and the Vanke Fuzhou Butterfly Droplet artwork

Jay is a self-motivated professional with over 15 years’ experience in business development within the architecture, design and construction sectors. His key responsibility is strengthening client relationships, and unearthing new partnership opportunities, as well assisting with strategic thinking and the direction of the design department. He specialises in lead generation, client relationship management, sales, marketing and communications, negotiation, and account management.

Throughout his studies and his subsequent career, Julian has shown a keen devotion to human-centred design, researching and redeveloping ideas that have been set in stone for decades. His passion lies in user interaction (UI), tangible and digital: he understands that our connection to spaces, and any products they house, is driven by how we interact with them. He loves to experiment with new and emerging materials and technologies, and being environmentally aware is an evergreen factor.

Meredith is a senior industrial designer and project manager who brings creative ideas to life — from finely crafted consumer products to large-scale architectural facades. She works closely with architects, artists, and landscape designers to deliver bold, built outcomes across public art, commercial, and residential projects. With a hands-on design background and a sharp eye for detail, Meredith thrives on figuring out how things come together — balancing creativity with practical execution. She’s involved at every stage, from concept and prototyping to supply coordination and on-site installation.

Comfortable managing complex installs and diverse clients, she keeps projects moving smoothly, even when they’re highly ambitious. Calm under pressure and driven by curiosity, Meredith is passionate about creating work that’s thoughtful, unexpected, and built to last.

Will has been in Signage and Design for over a decade. With most of that experience in overseas sourcing — in China, USA and Korea — he’s well connected for end-to-end import assistance to locate, negotiate and facilitate a project’s delivery. He also has an in-depth knowledge of engineering, design, construction and installation processes, extensive experience with 3D modelling and 2D software, and a working knowledge of a vast array of signage materials and finishes.

With over 25 years of experience in the architecture and design sector, Nic Bailey brings a wealth of expertise in graphic design, signage, and wayfinding. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people interact with built environments and the visual cues they rely on to navigate through complex spaces.

Nic has contributed to all phases of design projects—from early-stage analysis and concept development through to client presentations, design refinement, and detailed documentation. Known for his collaborative approach, Nic works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, effective, and context-sensitive design solutions.

Colins broad experience as an industrial designer has seen his work range from furniture to food packaging to medical equipment. His key interest at the Blueprint is the depth of project variety that enables him to utilise his design problem-solving skills whilst developing further manufacturing knowledge. He has extensive experience in CAD software, including Fusion 360 and Rhino, and has an intermediate knowledge of mesh modelling and editing techniques using tools such as meshmixer, meshlab, and blender. Furthermore, he is adept at preparing these models for 3D printing, depending on the specific application.

He is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, moreover, he possesses the ability to render both product and environmental visuals utilizing a combination of Keyshot 3D, Blender, and Photoshop. His skill set also encompasses general sketching, along with the capacity to read, interpret, and produce architectural and manufacturing drawings.

Aaron’s journey in the signage industry began at 18, where he gained hands-on experience in installation & production. His keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills quickly led him into project coordination, where he took on larger responsibilities. Relocating to our Melbourne office, he managed the Melbourne Airport Signage & Wayfinding project, further solidifying his expertise. Over the years, Aaron has become a specialist in multi-site rollouts, signage tendering & rebranding initiatives, delivering impactful signage solutions for brands such as F45, Westpac/BankSA, Salsa’s, Century 21 and the Raine & Horne Australian & New Zealand rebrand.

In his role now as a Project Manager, Aaron plays a key part in delivering high-quality signage solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification. He works closely with suppliers & contractors to coordinate logistics, streamline installation processes and overcome on-site challenges. His deep understanding of signage materials and fabrication techniques spans large-format printing, vinyl applications, CNC routing, illuminated signage, custom fabrication and premium finishes. Aaron ensures every project is executed with precision, durability and a high standard of craftsmanship. He is committed to maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders, ensuring a smooth workflow from concept to completion.
