Weaving history and context into a new icon.
Loftus Lane is part of Quay Quarter Sydney, a major rejuvenation of the Circular Quay area, intended to transform the area into “the gateway to Sydney”. The development undertaken by Richard Crookes Constructions consists of 5 buildings; including the refurbishment of two heritage listed buildings & the construction of three new buildings, varying in size from 8 to 14 storeys comprised of public realm, retail, office, amenities & apartments.
Collaborating with the project team we are delivering a series of interpretive elements across the public realm. Our studio is working through detail design, prototyping, engineering & documentation to ensure each of the elements fit the design intent.
